Arthur Raphael has held a Juris Doctor Degree from DePaul University College of Law since 1965 and is one of one hundred fifty (150) “Board-Certified Creditors’ Rights Specialists” in the United states, a designation gained through The American Board of Certification. His area of concentration is Creditors’ Rights -- representing commercial creditors, both secured and unsecured, including litigation in both State and Federal Courts. He further limits his practice to the representation of various types of secured creditors, including banks and lien creditors.

Mr. Raphael has participated in a variety of continuing legal education programs, dealing primarily with the area of Mechanic Lien Rights in the field of Construction Law. He has guest-lectured on behalf of the Commercial Law League of America, and also for the National Association of Credit Management. He holds an “AV” rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
